Fresh and Local: The Future of Food in New England

The Charlemont Forum presents this discussion of foodways with a panel of experts. Andy Kendall is at the forefront of efforts to foster real change in food production and distribution; Cathy Stanton, an academic and writer, has also fought in the trenches so to speak, doing in-depth research in the grocery store; and Martin Philip is both head baker at King Arthur Baking Company, food writer (specifically on bread), and banjo player with a keen interest in the state of our food system.
