West County Community Resource Fair

The Mary Lyon Foundation is organizing this event, which will include food, information about local resources, and a vaccine clinic. See this page for more information.

Registration for the vaccine clinic is recommended but not required. To register ,please follow these directions:

1. First, click on the registration link, https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/dxcrb0mx/ 
2. Then, choose a Location – Scroll down to the bottom of the list in order to select “Big Y Vaccine Offsite Clinic”
3. Next, Select Clinic – “Choose West County Resource Fair”
4. Click on the date “9/17/2025” this will take you to the online registration form
5. Complete the online registration form including name, address, birthdate, and any insurance information you have
6. Under Select Vaccine Requested choose Flu, COVID-19, or both Flu and COVID-19 – You will see other vaccine options; those vaccines will not be available at the West County Community Resource Fair
7. Finally, click on the “Finalize Appointment” button.
