Hawley’s Personnel Committee assists the Selectboard in finding new personnel and making working relations as smooth as possible for employees. At present, the committee consists of John Sears (chair), Will Cosby, and Robert Sears.
Over the years, the committee has also helped the town refine standards of interaction for the Town’s officers, staff, contractors, and volunteers. View the personnel policy.
