The Hawley Agricultural Commission’s goals are to represent the farming community and to support that community’s agricultural goals. The commission encourages agriculture and promotes agricultural-based businesses and opportunities. Its members work toward sustaining and revitalizing agricultural lands and businesses. They are currently Peter Mitchel (chair), Liz Billings, Kimberly Orzechowski, and Gus Tafel.
Hawley is a Right to Farm Community.
