Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Hawley Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, at 7 p.m. at the Hawley Town Office (8 Pudding Hollow Road) for the purpose of hearing a request from Ellen and Scott Purinton for property located at 60 West Hawley Road, Hawley, for a variance from the Zoning Bylaws to construct a portico at the front door from Section 33.3—building with less than the required 60′ setback from the front lot line (or 80 feet from the center of the road, whichever is greater).
