LEGAL NOTICE
On February 13, 2024, at 7:15 p.m. the Hawley Conservation Commission will continue a hearing opened on November 20, 2023. Applicants Magnus Thorsson and Courtney Bourns seek to permit a common driveway to be located at 21 Middle Road, Hawley, Massachusetts. The Conservation Commission will act on a Notice of Intent filed under the Wetlands Protection Act.
The hearing will be a joint meeting with the Zoning Board of Appeals, which will act on a Special Permit Application for a Common Driveway, in accordance with Section 35 of Hawley’s Protective Bylaws.
