NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hawley Conservation Commission and the Hawley Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday, November 20, 2023, at the Hawley Town Office at 7 p.m. Applicants Magnus Thorsson and Courtney Bourns seek to permit a common driveway to be located at 21 Middle Road in Hawley.
The Conservation Commission will act on a Notice of Intent filed under the Wetlands Protection Act. The ZBA will act on a Special Permit Application for a Common Driveway, in accordance with Sec. 35 of Hawley’s Protective Bylaws.
