NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, at 7:30 p.m. at the Hawley Town Office (8 Pudding Hollow Road) for the purpose of hearing a request from Berkshire East Ski Resorts for property located on East Road, Hawley (Map 2, Lot 36), to construct a common driveway for three homes requiring special permit.
