Agenda items before the Planning Board meeting on March 5:
- Approval of January minutes,
- Continuing/ongoing review to assure bylaws and subsequent amendments are accurately on file and available on the town’s web site,
- Address steps needed for town approval of proposed definition and bylaw amendment (for state-mandated ADU compliance) at annual town meeting,
- Any other business not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of this meeting.
